Regular price $27.00

Get the Project Management Image Bundle and spice up your slide decks, reports and emails.

This bundle contains 75 graphic elements in .png format.

Set of black and white, and colour icons

This set illustrates budgets, documents, ideas, meetings, processes, teams, devices, progress and schedules/tracking, although you can interpret them how you wish. Include them in your presentations and more.

Set of countdown icons in black and white

This set can be used to keep a project team on track leading up to a big launch or major deadline. Use them in reports and emails or how you see fit!

Set of RAG traffic light icons

This set has 3 different varieties so you can showcase your project status in style. Pop them next to project names on a PMO slide, shrink them down for your reports or include them in presentations.

      Set of illustrations

These align to topics for training, PMO focus areas or lessons learned: governance, teamwork, risk, planning and solution design, although you can use the images to illustrate far more than that.

      Set of images for roadmaps

Create 2 different types of roadmap on a 'real' road: a formal version and a sketchy version, along with signposts to add to your slide to mark key milestones.

      Virtual colouring sheet

Add this to a slide or your favourite whiteboard tool to use as an icebreaker activity at the start of meetings (use the annotation features on Zoom).

Maps of the world, US, UK, Australia and New Zealand for creating team maps or as an icebreaker to have colleagues mark where they are based on the map. Sized to fit slides, they also work well in whiteboard and collaboration tools.

This bundle compiles selected images from the monthly subscription template club PM Insiders, where each week you get a done-for-you asset to use on your projects. If you like these and would like to learn more about PM Insiders visit us here:

All the ebooks, templates, checklists and bundles are digital files.

I'm unable to provide technical help, due to the variation between different IT systems.

Training courses are provided via the Teachery platform. You will get an email with your login details. If you do not receive them, please get in touch and let me know - I will make sure you have access to the course materials.

Here are some instructions that may help you access the ebook and template files if you are having trouble.

Are you trying to download on a mobile device like a phone or iPad? Most mobile devices will not let you open a .zip file, or download via a link. Please try to access the files via a desktop/laptop computer.

How to unzip a .zip file:
Zip files are compressed files, so they take up less space when they are being saved and transfered. In order to access the templates inside, you need to unzip the file.
On a laptop or desktop computer:
      • Save the file to your computer.
      • Right click
      • Choose 'Extract all'
      • Select a destination for your files (Browse to where you want them to be saved)
      • Click Extract
      • Navigate to where you saved the files to open them.

If you want to access the files on your mobile device, you can add them to iCloud or Dropbox so they are shared across your devices.

How to read a PDF file:

Your computer may already have Adobe Reader installed on it (most do). On an iPad, you can open a PDF file in iBooks.

If you don't have software on your device that can read a PDF file, pleaase install one. Adobe Reader is the most common software (it's free).

      Download it here.

      How to find your files:

This has happened to me multiple times: I download something and then can't find it on my computer! Check the Downloads folder (under My Computer). Or use Explorer to search for the name of the file you just downloaded. Sometimes you can also see the file in your browser download history.

Read the terms and licensing related to how you can use the templates and files.
